MAINTENANCE & DESIGN We found the two biggest problems of Spa owners in southern Thailand was coming up with a low cost, yet unique, steam and sauna room design and more importantly immediate maintenance when there was an equipment malfunction. Spa owners did not want to lose revenue waiting for service people to show up. In response to these problems, we launched CALIFORNIA SPA DESIGN/PHUKET. We were responding to a marketing survey showing southern Thailand Spa businesses, architects and contractors desired a locally based distributor specializing in the design, installation and most importantly local maintenance/service of steam and sauna room facilities. |

Our founding intention was to specialize in servicing customers in southern Thailand, mainly Phuket, Koh Samui and the Khao Lak areas thus keeping our sales area small and our maintenance time fast in order to allow our customers the peace of mind of not having money lost through “down time” waiting for service, which tends to be a major complaint we found in our survey of steam /sauna room businesses in southern Thailand . |

CALIFORNIA SPA DESIGN/PHUKET maintains a three story office and showroom at 64/43 Moo 1 Chaofa East, Phuket, with a separate facility/workshop where we fabricate custom made sauna rooms from top quality imported European pine wood. We design our own pine wood sauna rooms and pride ourselves on our original, creative designs. We encourage our prospective customers to view our sauna rooms and compare them with other companies' sauna rooms in order to see the vast difference in having a sauna room creatively designed rather than blindly choosing a sauna room thinking one is the same as another. For little price difference, a uniquely designed sauna room has the feeling of comfort, luxury and uniqueness versus the more typical sauna which is merely just a “hot” box. Our sauna rooms allow the sauna user to sit in a world of beautiful aesthetic design and feed not just his/her body but eyes and heart as well. Our goal is to make the sauna experience an uplifting one nurturing all senses. This is a subtle yet big difference in creating a subconscious feeling to make the the customer want to come back again and again. |
